Prior to his decade of direct experience in the Real Estate industry Neil O’Donnell worked with his father building custom homes with his latest project as the General Contractor for his own Custom Estate home in Niagara on over an acre surrounded by wineries.

What sets Neil apart is his unique ability to harness genuine home construction expertise in service of his clients, whether they’re buyers or sellers. He possesses an innate knack for spotting concealed issues, effectively safeguarding his clients from the prospect of costly, unforeseen renovations.

Before immersing himself in the Real Estate, Neil honed his skills at an international logistics firm, specializing in Process Design and Continuous Improvement. He proudly boasts certifications in the esteemed Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, often collaborating with high-ranking “C-suite” executives.

Neil’s dedication extends beyond his professional endeavors. He champions numerous commendable local and national charities, including Niagara Habitat for Humanity, the Lincoln Humane Society, the Grimsby Air Cadets, the CIBC Run for the Cure, and the Heart & Stroke Foundation. He also founded Niagara’s Real Estate First Responder Program which gives back to local PTSD charities and supports those who step into harm’s way for us.
